7x Scope

7x Scopes are a range of 7x magnification scopes that provide incredible magnification, though force the user to sacrifice their peripheral vision to do so.

7x scopes are only available on the longest range weaponry—Sniper Rifles and the NS-AM7 Archer—replacing the weapon's in-built scope with a higher magnification option.

Each faction's 7x scopes, including Nanite Systems', are visually distinct from eachother. However, they are all functionally the same, providing the same magnification regardless of weapon.

  As with all other attachments, if any instance of this attachment is purchased with Daybreak Cash it will still only be available for the specific weapon it was unlocked for, however it will be available on other characters who can use that same weapon.

Scope Sway

Scope Sway is a mechanic unique to high-magnification sights, particularly where in use on sniper rifles, that causes the reticle to naturally drift left to right, up and down, to simulate the characters breathing.

The mechanic automatically moves the player's crosshair and thus cone-of-fire, although can be mitigated in certain ways.

Terran Republic

SO7

Sniper Optics 7 (SO7) 7x scopes are available on most sniper rifles in the Terran Republic.

The long-range Sniper Optics 7 scope uses standard mil-dot sighting and 7x magnification to allow for mid and long range shots.

New Conglomerate

M7 Optics

M7 Optics 7x scopes are available on most sniper rifles in the New Conglomerate.

The NC's square M7 Scope uses a mil-dot reticle and 7x magnification.

Vanu Sovereignty

TSO

TSO 7x scopes are available on most sniper rifles in the Vanu Sovereignty.

The 7x magnification on the TSO gives it an edge over the typical standard-issue sniper optics. It uses mil-dot sighting inside of its triangular body.

Nanite Systems

Hepta

Nanite Systems' Hepta 7x scope is currently only available to the NSX Daimyo and NS-AM7 Archer.

The Hepta scope utilizes a more versatile 7x magnification that makes it a solid choice for both long and medium ranges.

Wayland

The Wayland Long Range Optic (Wayland LRO) is currently only available to the PSA-01 Hammerhead AMR.

The PSA-01 Hammerhead AMR comes pre-mounted with a Wayland LRO (7x) scope. This scope is that which is equipped whenever an alternative optic is not chosen on the aforementioned weapon.

Besides magnification, this scope is visually identical to the Wayland LRO (8x), Wayland LRO (10x) and Wayland LRO (12x).

The Wayland Long Range Optic is easily configured for various magnifications. This optic amplifies magnification by 7x.

Nanite Systems Operatives

O2-7

The O2-7 7x scope is available on select weapons available to Nanite Systems Operatives, currently limited to the ADVX // Mako.

Beside magnification, this scope is visually identical to the O2-8 (8x).
