The ADVX // Mako, formerly known as the SR-200, is a sniper rifle available to Nanite Systems Operatives. It is unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash.

The Advantix // Mako is the only bolt-action rifle available to operatives. Its most similar to the 'standard' line-up of sniper rifles used by each empire—the Icon TR M77-B, Icon NC NC14 Bolt Driver, and Icon VS XM98—with similar performance at range, a slightly larger magazine capacity and higher velocity, a higher potential damage on headshot, and quicker reload time, though at cost of dealing less damage on bodyshot and a longer chamber time between each shot.

Aside from these statistical differences, one major selling point of the Mako as compared to the aforementioned sniper rifles is that the option available to operatives trades access to a Straight-pull Bolt instead for the ability to mount a Ballistics Computer, an attachment otherwise solely reserved for semi-automatic sniper rifles.

It is possible to earn both Ribbons and Medals while using the ADVX Mako. Each ribbon is a standard reward for achieving a set amount of kills with the rifle. Medals are awarded upon reaching kill milestones with the weapon.

    • SR-200's Tier 3 Long Rifle directive no longer requires an Auraxium Medal, instead of a Gold Medal.
  • April 15, 2020 Update (Tactical Improvements)
    • SR-200 (NSO Sniper Rifle) no longer has animation hitches when aiming down sights with optics less than 6x.
  • October 1, 2020 Update (The Shattered Warpgate)
    • SR-200 (NSO Sniper Rifle) no longer inherits camo applied to the character's body.
  • February 9, 2021 Update (Outfit Wars Returns)
    • The Ammunition Belt suit slot now functions with the SR-200 (NSO Sniper Rifle).
  • July 1, 2021 Update (_Integration)
    • Renamed from "SR-200" to "ADVX // Mako".
  • March 30, 2022 Update (The Arsenal Update)
    • Anti-infantry sniper rifles now use a separate Sniper Rifles resistance (type 20).
    • Being struck by a sniper rifle now has more prominent audio.
    • Dev Note: The damage values for this new resistance are equivalent to small arms. This change will allow us to do is modify the bodyshot damage output from Nanoweave, as mentioned above.
    • Most Shotguns, Sniper Rifles, and Scout Rifles now use Comfort Grips, instead of Forward Grips.
    • Dev Note: Traditional Forward Grips offered no functional benefits to slow firing semi-auto weapons, so swapping them for Comfort Grips (which reduce the equip and unequip time of a weapon,) can be interpreted as a buff in almost all cases.

  • Prior to the July 1, 2021 Update, the ADVX // Mako (then known as the SR-200) was the only unique infantry weapon available to Nanite Systems Operatives.
