Ablation Mesh is a suit slot enhancement available to the Defector. It is unlocked using Certification Points.
While fitted, an ablation mesh increases the damage reduction received from the Seraph Shield and Time Bomb abilities by 50% for the first two seconds after their activation.
When used with Seraph Shield, the mesh increases the damage reduction to 90% for the first two seconds. With Time Bomb, it is increased to between 37.5% and 60% based on the rank of the ability.
