Acts of Espionage was the second event of Siren's Call, chapter 1 of the Distant Shores campaign.
Starting this event required the completion of Siren's Call. The completion of this event and Reflections was required to start Competitive Advantage and Prototype Technology.

Black Market operatives have uncovered a lead regarding vehicles of war once thought lost to time.
Retrieve these classified schematics from their secure consoles and return them for further investigation.

Acts of Espionage featured three objectives.

- Acquire schematics from an enemy Tech Plant (0/1)
- Acquire schematics from an enemy Amp Station (0/1)
Notes[]
- Both 'acquire schematics' objectives could be completed in facilities that are not connected by lattice to friendly territory, with a Gate Shield Diffuser able to bypass vehicle shields where generators could not be armed.

- On event start
FL-34: Hey, pal. I've got one of those jobs I was talking about earlier. Lucrative, but off the books if you know what I mean.
FL-34: We need you to collect schematics from a couple of enemy facilities. Ideally during a skirmish as to avoid drawing additional attention, but I'll leave the details up to you.
- After acquiring one set of schematics
FL-34: Things got left behind when Oshur was evacuated. Physical objects, sure, but knowledge, too. Weapons tech. Vehicles. You'd think that they would be more careful with this stuff.
- After acquiring the second set of schematics
FL-34: There's no telling whether these schematics are functional until someone tries to build them. We'll take care of that part, but we may reach out if we need someone to test them. If you're up for it.
