Combat Stimulant was an active ability available to Heavy Assaults of the Terran Republic. It was unlocked through purchase with Campaign Standing in Sanctuary, after the completion of A Job Well Done.
While active, Combat Stimulant caused the user to regenerate 75 health per second, and reduces the flinch they receive when being hit by 95%. Upon receiving damage, the health regeneration effect was halted for 1 second, and the ability lasted up to fifteen seconds.
The Stimulant had a capacity of 375 energy and regenerated 25 energy per second while not in use, with a 3000ms (3 second) delay incurred before regeneration begins if the abilities' energy was emptied. In simple terms, this meant the ability took up to 15 seconds to recharge.
Unlike overshields, Combat Stimulant did not slow the user while active. It was also not counted as an overshield for most benefits that specify an interaction with overshields. It had no interaction with the Mobility Mesh implant, and only the rank 5 effect of Nanomesh Specialist applied to the ability with the ranks 1 through 4 effects also having no interaction with Combat Stimulant.
