Defector Claws are a melee weapon available to the Defector. They are unlocked by default.

The Defector Claws are the Defector's sole melee attack, a quick swipe where the operative swipes their claws forward dealing moderately high damage to any infantry hit.

Unlike MAX Punch, available to the standard MAX, these claws are unable to damage vehicles or constructions, whereas MAX Punch can. This fact, combined with the weapon's lower damage and faster quick melee speed, mean that Defector Claws function far more like a typical melee weapon than MAX Punch.

To quick melee with this weapon, press the Melee Attack hotkey ( by default).

Ribbons and Medals[]

It is possible to get both Ribbons and Medals for using Defector Claws. Each Ribbon is a standard reward for achieving a set amount of kills with Defector Claws. Medals relate to how many overall kills you have with Defector Claws.
