Echo Valley Substation is an Outpost on Esamir, sandwiched between Saerro Listening Post to the north, Jord Amp Station to the east, and Waterson's Redemption to the southwest.
Echo Valley Substation is a single-capture point base with a normal spawn room. The control terminal is located inside the large building to the northeast of the spawn room, in the uppermost room featuring two sets of double doors.
The sole vehicle terminal is in the north of the facility, protected by a waist-height fence and a vehicle shield—whose allegiance is tied to the facility's owner.
An Ammo Dump Tower is located beside the road to the eastern side of the facility.
Teleporters[]
The facility features one set of teleporters, connecting the spawn and the three-storied building to its north with shielding on both sides.

Phalanx Turrets[]
The facility contains a pair of Spear Anti-Vehicle Phalanx Turrets atop small towers overlooking the road to the east. One turret is located beside the vehicle shield that protects the terminal, whereas the other is located in the southeast, directly east of the spawn.

- The lattice system already in use on Indar is now active on Esamir. Nearly every facility and outpost was been enhanced or in some cases completely replaced to help create better gameplay flow and support the addition of the lattice connections on the continent.
- Fixed malfunctioning gravity pads at the following installations:

- Removed a texture seam on the terrain near Echo Valley Substation.

- New and Modified Bases: After the collapse, empires scrambled to modify and construct new bases to accommodate the changed environment.

- Lost lattice link to Nott Communications. Lattice link to East River Sky Station changed to Jord Amp Station due to the removal of the former.
