This rack of anti-air missiles lock onto enemy aircraft, unleashing a barrage of four havoc warheads. On impact, mechanical targets will be affected by a destabilizing field that prevents them from being repaired for up to 6 seconds.
Havoc Missiles are a wing mount weapon available to empire specific fighters. They are unlocked through purchase with A7 or Daybreak Cash from the Black Market aboard Sanctuary.
Similar to the Tomcat A2AM Pods and Photon A2A Missile Pods, Havoc missiles are long-range anti-aircraft missiles, designed for use against large aircraft like the Liberator or Galaxy. Havoc missiles are notably less agile than the aforementioned missiles, and also spread their slightly reduced total damage over four missiles rather than two. In exchange, they apply the Havoc debuff to all targets they strike, preventing the target from being repaired for a short time.
Missiles fired by the Havoc launcher will track their target until they either hit something (whether the target or terrain), are defeated by Decoy Flares, or are airborne for a lengthy period of time at which point they will despawn. Unlike most lock-on missiles, Havoc missiles must directly hit their target, and will not explode when passing close.
A very similar effect is found from the NS-66 Punisher's Adaptive Class Underbarrel attachment when used by a Heavy Assault. Targets subject to this effect will have a floating red-orange effect applied to their entire vehicle/body for the duration of the debuff.

It is possible to get both Ribbons and Medals for using the Havoc Missiles. Each Ribbon is a standard reward for achieving a set amount of kills with a Havoc. Medals relate to how many overall kills you have with the Havoc.
The reload speed certification lines for main cannons, noseguns, ESF wing mounts, Liberator bellyguns, and Flash weapons have been standardized at 5/7/8.5/9.5/10% reload speed.
