Hellfire Rocket Pods are a wing mount weapon available to the Mosquito. They are unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash.
Hellfire rockets are simple unguided rockets that deal high splash damage in a large radius, with moderate damage potential against vehicles upon direct hit. When fired, the rockets fire in a left-right alternating pattern, which continues over reloads. Rockets quickly converge onto the crosshair and then fly straight forward afterwards.
Hellfire Rocket Pods fire one rocket at time at a relatively fast rate-of-fire, combined with a large magazine size, allowing the Mosquito to empty its rocket pods faster than the Reaver or Scythe, though at a cost of total damage-per-magazine compared to the former.

Effectiveness[]
The following table indicates the number of direct hits required from Hellfire Rocket Pods to destroy a stock version of an appropriate vehicle from full health. The number of rockets required to set a stock opponent on fire is listed in brackets.
Note: Shots to Kill does not take into account reload times, rocket velocities, or other vehicle mitigations such as fire suppression, extra armor, or nanite repair systems. The values should be used as a rough indication only when comparing between other ESF weaponry.
