Hybrid Laser
The hybrid laser reduces the weapon's hipfire cone of fire by 33% and hipfire pellet spread by 33%.

The Hybrid Laser is a rail attachment.

While attached, a hybrid laser decreases the minimum hip cone-of-fire of the attached weapon by 33% in all stances, and additionally decreases its pellet spread by 33% when firing from the hip, decreasing the initial variance in where the weapon's pellet spread can be centered and tightening the potential deviation of fired pellets while hipfiring. The cone-of-fire reduction is not applied while the player is falling, although will work while they are jumping or flying (such as with a Light Assault's jetpack.)

This attachment has no effects on the weapon when fired while aiming, nor does it have any effect on cone-of-fire bloom.

The attachment also project a visual laser a short distance in front of the user, visible to all players so long as the user is not cloaked, and is otherwise visually identical to the standard laser sight.

To toggle the visual effects of this attachment, press the Toggle Attachment hotkey (T by default). This does not affect this attachment's benefits, which apply regardless of the toggled state.
