The LA7 Buzzard is a Flash primary weapon available to the New Conglomerate. It is available for purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash.

The Liberty Arsenal 7 Buzzard is a mortar-esque weapon, firing a heavy shell that arms its high-explosive warhead after a twenty meter arming distance to deal splash damage in a large radius.

The Buzzard is limited in potential engagement range by its arming distance, low velocity, heavy gravity, and the restrictions of the Flash platform, although the former-most restriction can be removed through usage of the Primed Shells utility attachment.

Trivia[]

  • The LA7 Buzzard was first only available for completing the Expert Summer Fun directive on a New Conglomerate character, and only later become available for purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash.
  • On a 1920x1080 full screen display with default field of view settings, the targeting reticle's horizontal lines give aiming points for different ranges in 25 meter increments up to 100 meters, and then in 15 meter increments after that.
  • When aimed as far upwards as possible on level ground, the Buzzard can hit a target 350 meters away after a flight time of approximately 5 seconds.

    • Dev Note: This weapon had some major usability issues in terms of tracking targets and estimating drop distance. The changes above should make this weapon much easier to use.
  • October 11, 2018 Update
    • The LA7 Buzzard is now available in the Depot.
    • Now has a utility option for "Primed Shells" which remove the minimum arming distance of each projectile.
