Lightweight Arms are a rail attachment available to the Seeker HLX. They are unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash.
While fitted, lightweight arms reduce the minimum hip cone-of-fire values of the crossbow by 40% in all stances, including while in mid-air, but increase the delay after firing before another bolt can be created by 20%, from 0.6 seconds to 0.72 seconds.
All of this attachment's effects only affect the weapon while firing from the hip, with the weapon's refire time remaining at its usual length when the weapon is fired while aiming.
These arms have no effect on the delay before the weapon fires.
