The MRC3 Mercy is a MAX Anti-Infantry arm available to MAXes of the Terran Republic. Each arm is unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash.

The Mobile Rotary Cannon 3 Mercy is the Terran's option for a mid-ranged arm. Though dealing notably less damage-per-second at close range than the Terran MAXes' other arms, with a smaller magazine to boot, the Mercy compensates with noticeably higher accuracy and a lack of damage fall-off, allowing it to maintain its damage out to a much longer range.
