The Module Dispenser is a structure-type construct. The schematic is unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash, and it can be built from an ANT, Cortium Silo, or Cortium Silo Reserve.
The Module Dispenser allows the user to acquire Modules more easily by building the dispenser in a desired location within their base, away from the silo.
When built, the Module Dispenser comes pre-stocked with 1,000 
for free. This is used to acquire modules from the dispenser. When the dispenser's cortium is fully consumed, it will automatically refill itself by siphoning up to 1,000 from the silo powering it.
