The NSX Tomoe is a scout rifle produced by Nanite Systems, available to all factions. It is unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash.

The Nanite Systems Export Tomoe is a weapon designed for extreme precision. With notably low recoil and a tight cones-of-fire plus low bloom, the weapon is designed to reward players with precise crosshair placement. The weapon's damage statistics reflect this; though the damage-per-bullet may seem shockingly low, a higher than usual headshot multiplier allows the weapon to kill surprisingly fast at all ranges.

The Tomoe only deals 112 damage-per-shot, but suffers absolutely zero damage fall-off at any range, and has a 2.5x headshot multiplier increasing the damage-per-shot on headshot to 280, allowing a four-shot kill at any range with full headshots.

HeXO (6x)

A compensator redirects gases upward, reducing vertical recoil by 30%, and increasing hipfire cone of fire by 15%. The added sound pressure causes the player to show on the minimap 35m farther away.
Flash Suppressor

A flash suppressor makes the shooter less visible to the enemy, but increases the range at which you appear on enemy minimaps by 15 meters.

The weapon's muzzle flash and noise generation is reduced, and the player no longer appears on the minimap when firing. In exchange, the weapon's damage falls off 20 meters sooner and bullet velocity is reduced by 15%.
