The Nemesis VSH9 is a rocket launcher available to the Vanu Sovereignty. It is Auto Granted.

The Nemesis Vanu Sovereignty Heavy 9 is a standard issue anti-air rocket launcher, capable of locking onto enemy aircraft to allow its missiles to automatically guide themselves at high speeds towards them. Dealing considerable damage against aircraft while retaining dumbfire capability, the launcher is a capable general purpose rocket launcher for those looking to keep anti-air in mind.

As with all anti-air lock-on weaponry, the Nemesis VSH9 can be fooled by the Decoy Flares utility, or prevented from locking on by the Lockon Jamming Field defense slot upgrade. Direct hits are still possible against targets employing these countermeasures, though guidance is fully impossible and guided missiles already in flight towards aircraft that trigger these effects will lose track and veer off target.

The Nemesis can begin locking aircraft at 350 meters and maintain a lock out to 400 meters. It takes 1700ms (1.7s) to lock onto an aircraft.

The Nemesis VSH9, ASP-30 Grounder, Hawk GD-68, and LAV-LA are statistically identical.
