The PSA-01 Hammerhead AMR is an anti-materiel rifle produced by Nanite Systems, available to all factions. It is unlocked upon acquisition of the PlanetSide: Arena - Mercenary Bundle.

It is functionally identical to the NS-AM7 Archer, although comes standard with a 7x Scope rather than the 4x Scope of its parent weapon.

Damage Fall-off[]

The damage values listed below are against standard infantry targets. See Vehicle armor and damage resistance for modifiers against different target types.

  • 394 at 30 meters (Indirect damage enabled at this range.)

Effectiveness[]

Damage in ranges from 1 meter to ~30 meters will be lower due explosion not triggering. Increasing the number of shots to kill.

It is possible to earn both Ribbons and Medals while using the PSA-01 Hammerhead AMR. Each ribbon is a standard reward for achieving a set amount of kills with the rifle. Medals are awarded upon reaching kill milestones with the weapon.
