Short Barrel
This shortened barrel reduces cone of fire bloom by 40% when firing from the hip, and increases vertical recoil by 20% while aiming down sights.
Empire:

The Short Barrel is a rail attachment.

While attached, a short barrel reduces the bloom-per-shot of the weapon while firing from the hip by 40%. In exchange, the weapon's vertical recoil while aimed is increased by 20%.

This attachment has no effect on any aimed cone-of-fire characteristics, nor does it affect the minimum cones-of-fire of the weapon from the hip.
