Stabilizing Rotor
A stabilizing barrel reduces cone of fire bloom by 25%, while slowing the refire rate between each shot in a burst by roughly 7%.
Empire:

Stabilizing Rotor is a barrel attachment.

While attached, a stabilizing rotor reduces the rate-of-fire of the attached weapon by approximately 7%. In exchange, the weapon's cone of fire bloom is reduced by 25%.

On the MG-A1 Arbalest, this reduces the in-burst rate-of-fire from 923 RPM to 857 RPM.
