The Supernova FPC is a primary weapon available to the Magrider. It is unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash.
The Supernova Focused Plasma Cannon is the Magrider's specialized anti-vehicle cannon. It sacrifices a fair amount of the splash damage potential found on the Magrider's other cannons in exchange for the best muzzle velocity and highest damage-per-shot in the line-up.

Ribbons and Medals[]
It is possible to earn both Ribbons and Medals while using the Supernova FPC. Each ribbon is a standard reward for achieving a set amount of kills with the cannon. Medals are awarded upon reaching kill milestones with the weapon.

History[]
November 17, 2022 Update (10-Year Anniversary)
- Projectile gravity from 5 to 4.
March 30, 2022 Update (The Arsenal Update)
- The reload speed certification lines for main cannons, noseguns, ESF wing mounts, Liberator bellyguns, and Flash weapons have been standardized at 5/7/8.5/9.5/10% reload speed.
- Direct damage from 700 to 750
Dev Note: Like with the Vanguard, this moves Sunderer and MBT down one shot to kill, from 8 to 7.
- Bug fix: Magrider Supernova FPC are displaying explosions that are too large
- Direct hit damage increased from 1785 to 1865
- A new resist type has been created for AP tanks rounds (and a few other weapons). Tanks have been given a vulnerability to this resist type. This makes these weapons nearly as effective as they were before the above armor increases.
