Suppressor
{{{imagesize}}}
The weapon's muzzle flash and noise generation is reduced, and the player no longer appears on the minimap when firing. In exchange, the weapon's damage falls off 20 meters sooner, and bullet velocity is reduced by 15%.

DC Cost: 75  Daybreak Cash

The Suppressor is a barrel attachment available to most weapons. It is unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash.

While attached, a suppressor removes the bright, fiery flash emitted from the gun's barrel each time it fires, replacing it with a tame puff of smoke, and modifies the firing sound of the weapon to a unique, quieter sound. In addition, firing the gun no longer reveals the player on the minimap of nearby enemies at any range. In exchange, the weapon's muzzle velocity is reduced by 15% and its minimum damage range is reduced by 20 meters.

Damaging an enemy using the Counter-Intelligence implant using a weapon with a suppressor attached will prevent the implant's primary effect from triggering against the shooter. This effect is also found on the MKV Suppressed's integrated suppressor, as well as those of its cosmetic variants, although does not function on The Executive, The Immortal, The President, the NS-30 Tranquility, or the NS Viscount G6's respective suppressors.

Hybrid Suppressor[]

Hybrid Suppressor, Emission Condenser

A hybrid suppressor reduces weapon noise, muzzle flash, and prevents the player from showing on the minimap when firing, but bullet velocity is reduced by 20%.

DC Cost: 99  Daybreak Cash

The Hybrid Suppressor, or Icon VS.png Emission Condenser, is a barrel attachment available to the MGR-S1 Gladius, MG-S1 Jackal and VE-S Canis. It is unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash.

While attached, a hybrid suppressor (or emission condenser) provides the same audio and visual benefits as a standard suppressor, as well as hiding the user on the minimap as expected. However, the attachment instead reduces the weapon's muzzle velocity by 20%, increased from 15%, in exchange for no longer affecting the weapon's minimum damage range.
