The Patriot Flare Gun is a sidearm released on 3 July 2013 and available to purchase for 5 days after that. It's available in NS and Faction specifics variants. When fired, it releases a projectile that detonates after a few seconds, releasing a firework-esque explosion. Damage is done not by the explosion but by the projectile itself.
