This week's Sneak Peeks was all about Customer Service! Our Customer Service Team is manned twenty-four seven for all your needs. That means these guys and gals work days and nights in order to make sure you have the best experience possible. If you ever have any problems in-game, be sure to submit a ticket , send a Tweet to @SOEHelp or call in to our Tech Support !
They even go out of their way to find out who is posting their in-game problems on the forums. While this isn't a for sure way to grab their attention, it's still nice to know that they are watching the forums as well.
