Horizon's experimental design fires a fan of three projectiles on a horizontal trajectory when hipfiring, and a tighter, vertical trajectory when aiming. Each plasma projection packs less firepower than the average carbine individually, but when all projections land, the stopping power rivals that of harder hitting weapons.

The VE-C Horizon is a carbine available to the Vanu Sovereignty. It is unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash.

The VE-C Horizon is a carbine released alongside the MG-C1 Kindred and MGR-C1 Charger as part of a new series of empire specific weapons. Each bringing unique mechanics to the Carbine lineup, and come with unique attachments.

Horizon fires a fan of three pellets on a horizontal trajectory when hipfiring, and a tighter, vertical trajectory when aiming down sights. Capsulate Ammunition change fired pellets from 3 to 2, raises damage per pellet from 50 at 10 meters and 42 at 60 meters, to 84 at 10 meters and 63 at 60 meters, reduces pellet spread by 75% from the hip and 50% while aiming down sights, in exchange reduces magazine size by 4 rounds.
