The Vehicle Ammo Dispenser (Construction) is a structure-type construct. The schematic is unlocked through purchase with Certification Points or Daybreak Cash, and it can be built from an ANT, Cortium Silo, or Cortium Silo Reserve.
The Vehicle Ammo Dispenser is a support tower that resupplys ammunition to nearby ground vehicles when powered by a silo.
