| Removes the speed penalty when reloading an empty magazine, but the weapon will recoil more harshly in one direction. | |

Vented Power Core is a rail attachment.
While in use, a vented power core completely removes the long reload time from the attached weapon, causing it to only ever use the short reload time. However, it also increases the weapon's minimum and maximum recoil angles by 5 degrees.
