Voice Packs are a selection of cosmetics that fully change the voice lines spoken by the player's character. They are unlocked through purchase with Daybreak Cash.
Voice Packs can be purchased and changed at any time under the My Character menu tab, and will change all voice lines from the character, including voice commands, spot call-outs, and pain yells.
Nanite Systems Operatives do not have access to additional voice packs, and will always use the default voice lines for the faction they are playing. Where they do not have a faction (such as when they are on Sanctuary), Operatives use New Conglomerate voices.
