Weighted Receiver

Rebalanced material construction removes the weapon's aim down sights moving accuracy penalty, but the wielder moves 33% slower while aiming.

The Weighted Receiver is a rail attachment.

While attached, a weighted receiver sets the weapon's minimum aimed cones-of-fire to 0 degrees in all stances, keeping the weapon's first shot perfectly accurate no matter the user's stance. In exchange, the weapon's aimed movement speed multiplier is reduced by 33%, from 0.5x to 0.34x.
